Today while reading Buffy fandom meta I realized something. I don't actually care about Spike any longer. I like to write him. There's a lot I can do with him in fic. Why was I not informed of new Buffy books coming out? Right there in the middle of the YA section surrounded by trashy paranormal/vampire stuff was sitting a white book with Buffy the Vampire Slayer written on it. My dad is back in the hospital for foot related issues. I think it'll be okay but bah! I wish he would take better care of himself.
